*All Gift Certificates are non-refundable but may be redeemed for services
or retail items only. Not responsible for lost or expired Gift Certificates.

*Please give a 24 hour advance notice of service cancellations (48 hours
for Saturdays and 72 hours for large parties). This will avoid a 100%
charge for price of treatment, spa package, or gift certificate.

*We recommend that all treatment packages (two or more services)
be scheduled in advance.Your Visa, Mastercard, AmEx Card or
Gift Certificate reserves your appointment.
